HOUSEBOAT P60
A PAHI is an original means of transport in the South Pacific that offers space and good seaworthiness. This is exactly what Rathje shipyard wanted to offer, and the design was implemented by the Hamburg designers from iYacht, who also take care of the engineering and approval. At just under 19 m long, this houseboat offers 85 m² of living space and two additional terraces with a total area of 91 m². The Houseboat P60 is self-propelled thanks to a variable engine package and is equipped with everything you need for a trip. The systems work independently, solar panels on the roof and a range extender provide the necessary energy for the environmentally friendly electric drive, the battery storage comes from BMW, and a sewage treatment plant is installed as standard.
The Houseboat 60 is classified and assessed according to the European directive on the placing of pleasure craft on the market, the shipyard is therefore subject to the Product Liability Act, in short: it is CE-certified. This means that the vehicle can also be offered for charter or long-term rental in accordance with the valid pleasure craft rental regulations. The assessment is carried out according to classification in so-called design categories, the “C” for conditions up to 2 m wave height or 6 Bft wind force. The notified body SWISS LLOYD carries out the inspection of the vehicles and issues the certificate.
